3. Refund Process
How to Request a Refund:

- Include your name, email, and order details
- Explain why you want a refund (optional but helpful)
- We will review and respond within 5 business days
4. Refund Timeline
- Review: 5 business days to process and approve
- Processing: 3-5 business days to issue refund
- Bank Transfer: 2-5 additional business days for your bank to post
- Total: Typically 7-15 business days
5. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you used a credit card, the refund appears as a credit to that card. Refund timing depends on your financial institution.
6. Subscription Cancellations
To cancel a recurring subscription:
- Log into your account and access subscription settings
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm the cancellation
- You will receive email confirmation
- Access continues until the end of your billing cycle
No refund is issued for the current billing period if you cancel mid-month. Cancellation takes effect on your next billing date.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be refunded:
- Services already completed or consumed
- Purchases more than 30 days old
- Charges from fraudulent or unauthorized accounts
- Amounts paid for content that has been fully accessed
8. Billing Disputes
If you notice an unauthorized or incorrect charge:

9. Multiple Refunds

- Technical Issues: Full refund if services are unavailable for more than 7 days
- Service Changes: Full refund if service terms change materially
- Duplicate Charges: Full refund for all duplicates, plus investigation
